Hire St Mary’s Vicarage for a Wedding Venue

The Vicarage at St Mary’s is now available to hire as a wedding venue. They are, however, still sorting out the details of final costs.

The downstairs operates as a Wharekai, accommodating exceptional hospitality, with a commercial kitchen and dining area accommodating 120 guests. It is a beautiful building set in picturesque grounds.

$1000+GST for one full day of use (8+ hours)

  • Wedding bookings are for the entire downstairs area, which includes a large flexible dining area, a new commercial kitchen and toilets. Offices & conference rooms upstairs are not included in the package.
  • Furnishings & Equipment: large trestle buffet table, 20 dining tables, 120 chairs and commercial kitchen, with large fridge, gas stovetop, oven, steriliser, instant hot water, urn & 3 filter coffee makers. 
  • For an additional fee, dishes, serving ware & tablecloths are available on request.
  • Parking for 20 behind the Vicarage.
  • Central heating & Wifi.
  • Wheelchair accessible.
  • Any additional set-up or pack-down fees will be arranged & confirmed at the time of booking.
  • All prices are GST-exclusive.
  • A $200 deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Depending on the nature of the event a bond or additional fees may be required.
